Norwich team goes to London to play with Chelsea in a very important game of the season.
At the end of the season still remain a few matches. Norwich needs points. In their last 5 games they have not won. They consistently lost from Manchester United, Liverpool, Fulham, West Brom and Swansea. This terrible form at the end of this season sent them in the relegation zone. Season began well for them but their power did earlier and they seem to fall now.
Even more shocking statistic is that Norwich have lost their last eight away matches in the Premier League. And Norwich have been losing at both half time and full time in their last five matches in the Premier League. Joseph Yobo is injured and will have no chance to take part of the game. No other injured and suspended players in team.
Chelsea still theoretically is in the fight for first place. This now seems unlikely at this stage. In the remaining few matches teams of Liverpool and Manchester City needs to step sideways and make losses. José Mourinho made a few bad results. They lost to Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa. If one of those three losses was a victory they would now lead the standings.
The Portuguese is justified by the fact that he found a team that is not collected and compiled by him. It is true that his presence raised the motivation of the blue, but that was not enough for something bigger. During the week they lost from Atl. Madrid and dropped a step before the Champions League final. For Chelsea are out Petr Cech and Ramires. First because of a serious shoulder injury, and the second is suspended due to a red card. Eden Hazard is doubtful. The same situation is with Samuel Eto’o and John Terry.
The obvious favorite in this match is Chelsea. They are winning at both half time and full time in 7 of their last 8 matches against Norwich in all competitions. Moreover Chelsea scored at least three goals in their last five home matches against Norwich.
